四喜丸子

  • 红烧酱油3勺
  • 小茴香粉1匙
  • 料酒1勺
  • 淀粉2汤匙
  • 面包糠1汤匙

Steps to make 四喜丸子

  • 1.用葱姜泡水,冷水哦,加料酒。泡出味道开始打肉馅,葱姜捞出,每次加适量水顺一个方向搅拌,停一会儿继续搅拌,直到发现肉馅吃不进去水为止
  • 2.最后打成这样后加保鲜膜放冰箱里入味,第二天继续
  • 3.第二天肉馅还可以继续加一点水打一两次,之后加淀粉,有白矾的可以加3克,加面包糠,
  • 4.拌匀就可以打圆下油锅了!左右手来回倒腾十数次就很圆了哦!
  • 5.表皮炸成金黄色出锅
  • 6.放蒸锅中蒸30分钟
  • 7.出锅自己调喜欢的汁浇上就ok了,我比较喜欢蒜油汁,哈哈~
