【黄豆焖紫茄】无肉也欢的下饭菜
  刻意少吃肉,原因是发现女儿见了肉两眼放光,吃多了又消化不好,所以限制一下,避免长期下去蔬菜吃的太少。
  素菜要做得更下饭,要不然会影响到饭量,总也是不好的。
  不是天天不吃肉,而是一周吃两天素。
  今天这个菜挺受欢迎,因为有大豆,营养还是不错的。

    Steps to make 黄豆焖紫茄

    • 1. 材料图。黄豆提前泡发。
    • 2. 西红柿切块,洋葱大蒜切碎,茄子切滚刀块。
    • 3.  取一个小碗,挤出30克蕃茄酱,10克蚝油,10克生抽。
    • 4.   炒锅倒油,炒香蒜和洋葱,下黄豆炒两分钟。
    • 5.下西红柿翻炒。
    • 6.放上茄块,特别说明一下,这个茄子拍上粉过一下油,成菜会更香,我想动油锅了,所以直接下锅了,没有那么大油脂,倒也很香。
    • 7.   翻炒均匀,小火焖上。
    • 8.中间开盖翻动,至茄子入味儿。
    • 9.出锅了。
