红火龙果麻薯
麻薯是众多人喜欢吃的美食之一,家人也很喜欢麻薯,这是我第二次自制麻薯,虽然因为粘手,每个不是很均匀,但口感是不错的呦。

Details of ingredients

  • 麻薯粉300g
  • 鸡蛋2个(去壳约100g)
  • 90g
  • 红火龙果粉3至4g
  • 食用油60g

Steps to make 红火龙果麻薯

  • 1.麻薯粉及红火龙果粉。
  • 2.将两种粉混合均匀。
  • 3.加入鸡蛋、水及食用油。
  • 4.搅拌至此状态。
  • 5.挤在烤盘中忘拍了(补拍一下),这是进烤箱10分钟左右的状态。
  • 6.烤箱先预热5至10分。上火170度,下火150度烤25至28分钟(烤盘放中下层,烤10分钟后将下火调至140度)。
  • 7.取出装盘。因比较粘手有些大小不太均匀(还有一部分没装下),口感不错。
