法式小面包
我一直很喜欢吃奶香十足的面包,还很喜欢吃比较有嚼劲儿的面包,这款面包刚好满足我对于甜面包的所有想象~
外表面不需要刷蛋液,就利用烤箱的温度烤上均匀的烘焙色已经足够漂亮,有的时候,简简单单的朴素也是一种美~六一马上就要到了,这款面包出游的时候带上一包,累了饿了随口吃一个,整天的心情都会好起来呢!

  • 高筋粉160g
  • 低筋粉40g
  • 砂糖36g
  • 奶粉24g
  • 橄榄油30g
  • 清水70g
  • 鸡蛋液24g
  • 蜂蜜10g
  • 酵母2g
  • 食盐2g

Steps to make 法式小面包

  • 1.橄榄油先倒入面包桶中
  • 2.加入70g清水
  • 3.加入24g鸡蛋液
  • 4.加入10g蜂蜜
  • 5.加入2g食盐
  • 6.加入36g砂糖
  • 7.加入24g奶粉
  • 8.筛入40g低筋面粉和160g高筋面粉
  • 9.然后在面粉上面挖个坑,放进去2g干酵母
  • 10.面包机自定义和面程序,25分钟
  • 11.放到一边发酵,发酵好的面团擀开成为一个尽可能大而且尽可能是长方形的面片
  • 12.从一边开始卷起来,收口向下
  • 13.切成16个小剂子,放到垫了油纸的烤盘上第二次发酵
  • 14.放进预热好的烤箱,上火160,下火180中层,14分钟即可!
