一直都很喜欢吃虾,不管是海虾还是河虾,最常见也特别简单易做的就是白灼虾了吧,鲜甜有保持原汁原味,但广东人也不是一直清淡口味的,黑胡椒一直都被大众接受且热捧着,黑椒煎焗虾就是一道痕不错的粤菜,和白灼虾完全不一样的口感,却好吃到连虾壳也能吃下去!

  • 无盐黄油20克
  • 小洋葱1个
  • 青红椒少许
  • 黑椒酱1汤匙
  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 生抽2汤匙
  • 现磨黑胡椒1克

Steps to make 【广东】黑椒煎焗虾

  • 1.准备好材料,
  • 2.把鲜虾从尾部第二节关节处用牙签挑除虾线,剪去长须后洗净
  • 3.小洋葱切粒、青红椒去籽后也切粒,
  • 4.把黑椒酱、生抽酱油和料酒混合
  • 5.捷赛烹饪锅先用手动功能加热,
  • 6.融化黄油
  • 7.然后依次加入小洋葱粒,铺入鲜虾,
  • 8.最后淋上汁盖上盖子
  • 9.取消手动功能,选择干锅功能,
  • 10.大约十分钟左右,收汁完成了就有结束提示音了
  • 11.趁余热倒入青红椒和现磨的黑胡椒碎,
  • 12.拌匀出锅
