  • 酸奶75克
  • 淡奶油55克
  • 蛋糕粉33克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 白糖50克
  • 柠檬汁数滴

Steps to make 乳酪蛋糕

  • 1.准备所有食材
  • 2.先把奶油奶酪,酸奶和淡奶油加入料理机里搅拌细腻后倒入大一点的碗中
  • 3. 加入蛋黄搅拌均匀细滑
  • 4.过筛蛋糕粉拌至无颗粒后进入冰箱冷藏
  • 5.蛋白里加入几滴柠檬汁分三次加入白糖打发至湿性发泡(烤箱上下火120度预热)
  • 6.取3分之一蛋白加入奶酪糊里翻拌均匀
  • 7.再回倒蛋白里翻拌均匀
  • 8.取一个深一点的烤盘加入3分之一80度热水,模具底部包入一层锡纸,外圈用2层锡纸包好
  • 9.把蛋糊倒入模具里轻震几下放入烤盘里
  • 10.进入烤箱,时间100分钟
  • 11.时间到后再等30分钟后取出待凉后放入冰箱冷藏2小时后再食用味道更佳
  • 12.切块享用
