对于今天这个豆腐,我都不知道要拿什么形容了~
用最俗的两个字就是——好吃!
咱给它拍照的时候,门外的猫一下就窜过来了
还好咱眼疾手快
绝对的好吃,对于我这种肉控来说,都觉得它比肉好吃,所以千万不能错过啊~
水豆腐真是超级滑嫩
煎过的水豆腐一入口
吸完嫩嫩的豆腐心
再吃吸满美味浓郁汤汁的豆腐皮儿
那味道和口感,只有吃过的人才知道~

    Steps to make 【黑椒烧汁嫩豆腐】

    • 1.豆腐放入淡盐水中浸泡半个小时,取出浸泡好的豆腐,将豆腐切成1cm厚大小合适的块。青椒,洋葱洗净切片。
    • 2.将切好的豆腐两面蘸上干淀粉备用。
    • 3.在平底锅中加入少许油,油热后,将蘸好淀粉的豆腐下锅小火煎。
    • 4.待一面煎到金黄定型后,小心将豆腐反面继续小火煎到另一面也呈现金黄色。
    • 5.一勺生抽、一勺老抽、一勺蜂蜜、一勺白糖、两勺蚝油、两勺料酒调成料汁。
    • 6.豆腐煎到两面金黄后,下入调好的料汁以及适量的热水没过豆腐。
    • 7.煮开后加入切好的青椒和洋葱。
    • 8.加入适量的黑胡椒粉,大火收汁至汤汁基本收干。
