  • 1.准备食材:木耳(提前泡发),香菜,小米椒,蒜。
  • 2.水开后,放木耳煮2分钟。
  • 3.木耳过冷河后,控干水份备用。
  • 4.起锅小火爆花椒油,爆出香味。
  • 5.热油淋到辣椒,蒜米,芝麻上(如果没有花椒的,可以直接放麻油,不过爆香过花椒油的口感会更棒哦,满屋子飘香。)
  • 6.调酱汁:生抽,,蚝油,醋,白糖,少许盐,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.搅拌均匀。
  • 8.脆爽的凉拌木耳做好了。
  • 9.可以放冰箱冷藏后,口感更丰富哦。
