  • 蛋挞皮12只
  • 蛋黄2只
  • 奶油芝士60g
  • 白糖40g
  • 淡奶油20g
  • 玉米淀粉3g
  • 吉士粉3g
  • 牛奶120ml

Steps to make 芝士蛋挞

  • 1.煮准备好所有的材料。
  • 2.将奶油芝士隔热水融化。
  • 3.分次加入两个鸡蛋搅拌均匀。
  • 4.再将淡奶油和牛奶加入混合搅拌均匀。
  • 5.加入白糖打至顺滑。
  • 6.将吉士粉。
  • 7.玉米淀粉过筛,筛入芝士糊中。
  • 8.将所有粉类打至顺滑无颗粒。
  • 9.想口感更细腻的话就将芝士液过筛一遍。
  • 10.将蛋挞皮摆好放入烤盘中,预热烤箱210℃。
  • 11.倒入芝士液。
  • 12.入烤箱烤20分钟左右即可出炉。
  • 13.烤的过程中要注意观察表面是否会焦皮,每个烤箱温度不一样。
  • 14.用的低脂牛奶,所以加了点吉士粉,如果没有可以不加。
