Steps to make 日式烤饭团

  • 1.准备米饭、白水煮蛋、沙拉酱
  • 2.白水蛋切碎,加入少许盐、黑胡椒粉、沙拉酱拌均匀
  • 3.先放入少量米饭,放入一勺拌匀的鸡蛋料,然后再铺一层米饭在上面
  • 4.手上沾水和少量食用盐,然后双手交替,先把米饭揉成圆形,然后用中间两根手指和拇指合成三角形,双手交替把饭团揉成三角形。
  • 5.捏好的饭团放入平底锅,不用放油,大火煎至两面金黄。
  • 6.刷子刷上酱油,翻面再刷酱油,一直煎到双面上色
  • 7.叮!完成啦~撒点白芝麻更香了
