  • 1.主料

  • 7.炒至牛腩变色放酱油、料酒郫县豆瓣酱,炒至上色
  • 8.之后再转入砂锅,注入足量水,大火烧开,小火煲一个钟
  • 9.放入几片番茄,煮开,汤底就完成了
