Steps to make 糖醋鲈鱼

  • 1.鲈鱼2条收拾干净;
  • 2.在鱼身上划几刀,用料酒、盐腌制入味;
  • 3.取一小碗加酱油、醋、糖、水、少许淀粉调成碗汁,准备一些番茄酱;
  • 4.备些葱、姜、蒜末;
  • 5.锅烧热些,倒入50克左右的油,下鲈鱼煎制(鲈鱼煎之前在鱼身上抹上一层薄薄的生粉);
  • 6.煎至一面焦黄翻面;
  • 7.盖上锅盖,小火焖煎5分钟,中间翻面一次,再煎5分钟;(以便鱼肉熟透);
  • 8.煎好的鱼装入盘中;
  • 9.锅中留底油,下葱、姜、蒜末小火爆香;
  • 10.倒入糖醋汁,加入番茄酱炒匀;
  • 11.烧好的汁浇在鱼身上,撒上葱丝即可上桌。
