    Steps to make 香菇牛肉酱

    • 1.准备食材,小米辣➕美人椒,料理机打碎。
    • 2.牛肉洗净切块,入料理机打成小肉粒。
    • 3.生花生热水烫一下,浸泡去皮。切成花生碎。
    • 4.蒜切成末,姜榨汁,葱切碎。
    • 5.香菇洗净切丁。
    • 6.大料入油锅炸香捞出。
    • 7.瓶子入蒸锅高温蒸20分钟杀菌,晾干备用。
    • 8.油温7成热,爆香蒜蓉,依次下葱花、牛肉粒煸炒,烹入高度白酒适量,去腥也易保存。牛肉翻炒出水,烹入姜汁加香菇丁,盐适量熬煮10分钟,倒入辣椒碎,煸出红油,放入冰糖,熬至收汁。
    • 9.熬好的辣椒酱放入已消毒的玻璃病,存入冰箱宜保存及方便食用。
