蒙古大肉串
蒙古烤肉串可以说是风靡全国的一种风味小吃,受到广大群众的青睐。在内蒙古无论到哪里都有烤肉串,有烤羊肉,烤牛肉,烤猪肉,现在饭店里做肉串,除了一般的烤肉串之外,还有竹签肉串、网油肉串,有的还用油炸,原料基本差不多。

  • 料酒1勺

  • 柱候酱2勺
  • 五香粉1勺

Steps to make 蒙古大肉串

  • 1.准备好主要原料,猪眉毛肉一块、、洋葱半个。柱候酱一瓶,孜然粉,花椒粉,辣椒粉
  • 2.将猪眉毛肉切成小块
  • 3.半个洋葱切成片
  • 4.生姜切丝,大蒜切片
  • 5.切好的肉丁里加入一小勺盐,2勺柱候酱,一勺蚝油,生抽一勺,
  • 6.在加入一勺孜然粉,一勺五香粉,切好的洋葱丝,姜丝,大蒜片,料酒
  • 7.研磨上适量黑胡椒碎和半勺辣椒粉
  • 8.抓匀进行腌制,放入冰箱腌制2小时
  • 9.炒锅里放入干花椒粒小火炒制
  • 10.放入料理机打碎成花椒面备用(新打出的花椒面比较麻香)
  • 11.竹签提前用用沸水烫好侵泡半个小时
  • 12.取出腌渍好的肉丁,将所有的肉丁依次串成大肉串
  • 13.串好的大肉串放入不沾烤盘中,撒上孜然粉(如果没有不沾烤盘,就烤盘上垫一层锡纸)
  • 14.放入预热200度的烤箱,放入烤箱中层200度烤10分
  • 15.10分钟后取出,撒上孜然粒,花椒粉,辣椒粉,刷上一层薄油,放入烤箱在烤10分钟即可
  • 16.香喷喷的大肉串出炉了,吃的时候在刷上干辣椒粉和花椒粉食用味道更好
