Steps to make 蛋黄饼干

  • 1.把蛋黄和全蛋放入容器中,加入一半细砂糖用电动打蛋器打至颜色发白,体积稍变大,然后加入另一半细砂糖。
  • 2.再打发至体积膨大,颜色变白,蛋液低落不会很快消失的细腻蛋糊。
  • 3.筛入低粉。
  • 4.用刮刀翻拌均匀。
  • 5.盛入装有圆型花嘴的裱花袋中。
  • 6.挤入铺了油纸的烤盘中。(约2盘的量)
  • 7.美遇蒸烤箱选择烘烤模式,提前预热,放入烤盘。
  • 8.160度约烘焙20分钟。
