蒜蓉粉丝扇贝是我全家人都喜欢吃的一道小海鲜,省事又味美。举一反三,用海虹也能做这道家常美味。

海虹又叫贻贝,富含优质蛋白质、钙、磷、锌、氨基酸等营养物质,口感鲜嫩,做这道蒜蓉粉丝一点儿不输扇贝。用家乐金剁椒蒜蓉海鲜调味料,除了有浓浓的蒜香味,还有海南黄辣椒的微辣。

Steps to make 蒜蓉虹贝粉丝

  • 1.海虹大致清洗一下,粉丝泡凉水,金剁椒蒜蓉海鲜调味料准备好。
  • 2.花一点儿时间将海虹撬开,将贝肉取出,剪掉沙囊即海虹的消化道,用凉水反复抓洗几遍,海虹外壳擦洗干净,粉丝泡软后剪成10公分左右的段,倒一点热水使粉丝更加柔软。
  • 3.少量约摸一大勺金剁椒蒜蓉海鲜酱倒入粉丝中。
  • 4.剩下的蒜蓉酱全部倒入贝肉中。
  • 5.充分拌匀,入味。
  • 6.取一撮粉丝,盘绕在贝壳内部垫底,再取1-2块贝肉放在粉丝上;大块贝肉只放一块,小块贝肉可2块合在一起。
  • 7.准备一个大深盘,将蒜蓉粉丝贝码放在上面,入凉水锅,水开后蒸5-10分钟。
  • 8.出锅后再撒几粒红辣椒碎和青蒜叶碎,红红绿绿煞是好看,直接食用即可。
  • 9.蒜蓉虹贝粉丝,蒜香浓郁,味道鲜美!
