    Steps to make 鱼头泡饼

    • 1.将鲢鱼头从中间劈开。
    • 2.葱、姜、蒜洗净切好。
    • 3.碗中准备好适量番茄酱、酱油、味精、盐。
    • 4.五花肉切好备用。
    • 5.将鱼头煎至两面金黄后取出备用。
    • 6.坐锅点火倒油,下五花肉片煸熟,依次加入干辣椒、葱、姜、蒜,烹入料酒。
    • 7.放入适量开水,调入番茄酱、酱油、味精、盐,放入鱼头小火炖10分钟。
    • 8.将鱼头与烙饼摆盘,汤中加香油淋在鱼头上即可。
