小炒腊猪肠

Steps to make 小炒腊猪肠

  • 1.将腊猪肠取出,放水里侵泡30分钟;
  • 2.腊猪肠洗净后切段;
  • 3.红椒切片,大蒜切片,生姜切小段,大蒜叶切段备用;
  • 4.在锅里放适量凉水,待烧开之后将腊猪肠放入里面煮约1分钟;
  • 5.凉锅热油,放入大蒜和生姜翻炒片刻,然后倒入红椒继续翻炒约3分钟;
  • 6.倒入腊猪肠和大蒜叶子一起翻炒;
  • 7.待腊猪肠,红椒,大蒜叶子充分混合之后,淋上生抽,即可出锅装盘;
