  • 酸奶500克
  • 八寸蛋糕1个
  • 火龙果300克
  • 鱼胶粉40克
  • 白糖30

Steps to make 慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.火龙果去皮,切成小块,与酸奶一起放入料理机打果泥;
  • 2.鱼胶粉加入清水,隔水蒸至融化;
  • 3.淡油奶放入白糖,打发;
  • 4.先将打发好的油奶与果泥搅拌,再倒入鱼胶粉搅匀;
  • 5.模具先用锡纸包好,放入一片蛋糕;
  • 6.倒入一层慕斯料,再放一片蛋糕,再淋一层慕斯料,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏3个小时以上。
