Steps to make 菊花香菇

  • 1.猪棒骨洗净中间敲断,棒骨冷水下锅,待锅中水烧开五分钟,捞出棒骨,倒掉锅中的水。
  • 2.锅中重新放入凉水,待水烧开后放入棒骨,用中小火熬制骨头汤,熬制时间50分钟(肉能很容易脱骨)。
  • 3.煮熟的棒骨留做它用。
  • 4.熬制棒骨的过程中将油菜洗净备用。
  • 5.将香菇洗净去根。
  • 6.去根后的香菇切片。
  • 7.将油菜放入烧开的棒骨汤里加少许盐焯一下。
  • 8.焯好的油菜摆盘备用。
  • 9.切好的香菇放入烧开的骨头汤锅焯5分钟。
  • 10.锅中放入植物油、用葱、姜爆锅。放入焯好的香菇炒出水汽,加入胡椒粉、盐,翻炒后加味素出锅。
  • 11.将炒好的香菇在盘中摆成菊花状,清香美味的补钙菜肴就做好了!
