蒜苗炒腊肠
下周轮到我主持节目,但电视栏目也需要演播室出镜,我一定忙不过来。
周末,一个人安静地呆在家里。
窗外的天空阴云密布,但,一定不会下雨。
远远的空中有几个小小的黑点盘旋,我不知道那究竟是什么。
然后就突然想到,蒜苗和腊味真是如同不离不弃的情侣,无论是什么腊味,只要配上了蒜苗,味道真好,尤其是用来配白粥。
哪怕不放什么其他调料,蒜苗炒腊味出来的味道也让人回味无穷。
比如今天的蒜苗炒腊肠。

    Steps to make 蒜苗炒腊肠

    • 1.准备好蒜苗和腊肠。
    • 2.葱姜蒜切片,花椒、干辣椒备用,腊肠蒸熟后切成合适的形状。(为了配合蒜苗,我把腊肠也切成了条状O(∩_∩)O)
    • 3.蒜苗从中间横向剖开后斜切段。
    • 4.锅中倒入一点点底油,油热后倒入腊肠翻炒至微微吐油。
    • 5.调入葱姜蒜、花椒和干辣椒炒出香味儿。
    • 6.入蒜苗,调入一调羹料酒,适量盐翻匀。关火调入鸡精起锅。
