泰式盐烤牛肉

  • 肉眼牛肉300g
  • 粗盐2汤匙
  • 干葱头3个
  • 大蒜6瓣
  • 迭迭香10g
  • 新鲜薄荷叶20g
  • 黄砂糖40g
  • 干辣椒面3汤匙
  • 葱末3汤匙
  • 黑胡椒2汤匙
  • 小番茄10个
  • 黄油45g
  • 百里香10g
  • 新鲜香菜30g
  • 洋葱丝1/4
  • 鱼露3汤匙
  • 青柠3颗

Steps to make 泰式盐烤牛肉

  • 1.备好材料
  • 2.烤箱预热120°,牛排表面刷上橄榄油撒上黑胡椒、盐,放进烤箱120° 30分钟
  • 3.小番茄对半切,干葱头切细丝,放入碗里备用
  • 4.取青柠汁
  • 5.平底锅倒入2汤匙的热油后,放入黄油使其融化,接着放入牛排、大蒜、百里香、迭迭香大火煎至表面深棕色(期间不断舀黄油淋在肉排表面),之后牛排切片备用
  • 6.把薄荷叶、香菜、洋葱、牛排放在另一碗里备用
  • 7.黄砂糖加入3汤匙融化、放入鱼露、辣椒面及柠檬汁搅拌均匀、倒入步骤6中混合即可
  • 8.撒上青葱、白芝麻装盘即可
