炒蚬肉
蚬肉,取自黄沙蚬的肉。市场上除了有活的黄沙蚬卖之外,还有去了壳的蚬肉卖。虽然是煮熟的,味道比鲜活的差些,不过不是清蒸,倒也没什么,炒来吃味道也不差。我们这边的人喜欢用韭菜炒蚬肉,非常家常的一种做法,以韭菜的香气配上蚬肉的鲜美,非常和谐,哈哈。

  • 1.将蚬肉洗净。
  • 2.韭菜等配料切好待用。
  • 3.起油锅,爆香姜蒜,辣椒。

  • 5.加入韭菜炒匀,下料酒,盐,生抽调味。
  • 6.待韭菜断青,下点胡椒粉,鸡精炒匀。
  • 7.上菜了,很香哦,呵呵。
