提子酥条
饼干种类很多,可以凹造型的空间就比较大,再加上可以添加各种辅料进去,分门别类的变化更加多了,今天推荐的是一个长条形的饼干,里面加了葡萄干进去,黄油的浓郁奶香加上葡萄干上面阳光的味道,别提多好吃啦!

  • 低筋粉100g
  • 砂糖90g
  • 鸡蛋液20g

Steps to make 提子酥条

  • 1.葡萄干洗干净,放一点点白酒泡开
  • 2.剪碎成比较小的小块
  • 3.黄油一块提前从冰箱里面取出来,室温下软化
  • 4.加入砂糖,开始打发
  • 5.加入鸡蛋液,继续打发均匀
  • 6.打到稍微变白,一部分砂糖溶化,还有一部分能看到一颗一颗的样子就好了
  • 7.然后加入过筛过的低筋面粉
  • 8.拌匀成一个面团
  • 9.用擀面杖擀开成大概半厘米厚的大薄片
  • 10.用锋利的刀割成长条,放到烤盘上,烤箱中层,上下火180度,20分钟即可,上色的话记得加盖锡纸哦~
