  • 1.花生碎提前放入预热好180度的烤箱,中层,上下火烤焙2分钟备用。
  • 2.黄油软化后,和糖粉混合,用打蛋器打发,直到颜色稍变浅,体积蓬松。
  • 3.给打发的黄油里分次加入鸡蛋液,继续用打蛋器搅打,直到黄油和鸡蛋完全融合,呈现蓬松轻盈的状态。
  • 4.在黄油里倒入焦糖酱,用打蛋器搅打,使焦糖酱和黄油彻底混合均匀。
  • 5.倒入烤好的花生碎,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.把面粉倒入混合好的花生黄油里,用刮刀轻轻翻拌。
  • 7.将拌好的面糊倒在揉面垫上轻揉成团。
  • 8.裹上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷冻1.5小时以上。
  • 9.冻硬的长条用刀切成厚度0.8cm的小片。
  • 10.放入烤盘,以180度烤15分钟左右即可。
