打造纯手工天然果酱----酸酸甜甜的杏酱
又到鲜杏上市的季节了,每到这个时候,我都会自已动手熬煮杏酱,喜欢杏酸酸甜甜的口味,做成果酱后用来抹面包或是做小点心,味道非常好。

杏又称杏子,其果肉,果仁都可食用,杏果实营养丰富,含有多种有机成分和人体所必须的维生素及无机盐类,是一种营养价值较高的水果,杏是维生素B17含量最为丰富的果品,而维生素B17又是极有效的抗癌物质,并且只对癌细胞有杀灭作用,对正常健康、的细胞无任何毒害。

鲜杏除了可以鲜食之外,还可以加工制成杏脯,糖水杏罐头、杏干、杏酱、杏汁、杏酒等。

    Steps to make 打造纯手工天然果酱----酸酸甜甜的杏酱

    • 1.杏子清洗干净擦干水分,削去皮切半去核
    • 2.去核的杏子切小块
    • 3.琼脂用温水浸泡备用
    • 4.杏丁放入锅中
    • 5.加500克白糖(冰糖也可以,杏有点微酸,想吃得甜一些的,糖就多放一点,用量自行掌握吧)。
    • 6.将糖和杏子拌均匀放置一旁,等到糖全部融化,杏子也腌制出很多汁水了就开始熬煮
    • 7.中火煮开,转小火继续熬制。
    • 8.接下来都用小火慢慢熬煮,边熬煮边不停地搅拌防止糊锅
    • 9.杏子熬煮到粘稠了,汁水也差不多少了一半,这个时候加入琼脂和柠檬汁
    • 10.再熬一会就可以了
