很像慕斯蛋糕的感觉,饼干碎又有很不一样的口感,之前去澳门没机会吃到那和很有名的木糠蛋糕,只能回来自己做次,吃过几次感觉这个量味道最好,甜度刚好,刚好可以做一杯,

Steps to make 木糠蛋糕

  • 1.饼干掰碎,
  • 2.用料理机打碎,
  • 3.淡奶油打发至5成,加入炼乳继续打发到七八成,
  • 4.按一层饼干碎一层奶油的方法累起来,
  • 5.第一层和最后一层一定要是饼干碎,放冰箱冷藏两小时以上,取出,筛上一层可可粉即可,
