很早就知道有着优雅名字的玛格丽特饼干,但一直没做过。听说非常适合新手做,成功率极高,只要配方比例准确按步骤做基本都不会失败。就
虽然做法简单容易成功,但是味道一点也不打折,由于蛋黄是煮熟后再加进去的,蛋味更加浓郁,口感极其酥松。那种酥松的感觉,只有自己亲自试过才知道呀,哈哈~

  • 熟鸡蛋黄2个
  • 蔓越莓干30克

Steps to make 蔓越莓玛格丽特

  • 1.准备好所需的材料;黄油室温融化;
  • 2.鸡蛋煮熟取蛋黄;要比平时多煮一会儿将蛋黄煮透~至于蛋白怎么处理就随意啦,我是直接放嘴里吃了~
  • 3.先把低粉和玉米淀粉过筛备用;蔓越莓切碎;
  • 4.黄油室温融化后,分3次加入糖粉电动打蛋器搅打;
  • 5.打至颜色变浅、稍微蓬发;
  • 6.把蛋黄放在筛网中用勺子碾压过筛;
  • 7.过筛后粘在筛网上的蛋黄用勺子刮下,然后将黄油和蛋黄搅拌均匀;
  • 8.加入已经过筛的低粉和淀粉,切拌均匀;
  • 9.加入蔓越莓拌均匀;
  • 10.拌好后捏成一团,用保鲜膜包好,放冰箱冷藏1小时;--揉成的面团应该是偏干的,不过分湿润,也不会因为干燥而散开;
  • 11.面团从冰箱拿出来后,打开保鲜膜回温3分钟;
  • 12.预热烤箱:选择“饼干”功能,170度10分钟;
  • 13.取约10克的小面团,搓成小球放在烤盘上;我用的是不粘烤盘,一般的烤盘最好垫一张烘焙纸吧~
  • 14.用拇指在小球中间垂直按下,周围就会自然裂开,饼干的造型就可以了;
  • 15.将烤盘送进烤箱中层,170度烤15分钟就可以了。
  • 16.颜色微微变金黄,不要烤过火了。
