  • 黄油50g
  • 蛋清一个
  • 白砂糖50g
  • 泡打粉1g

Steps to make 香软芝士球

  • 1.原料准备低筋面粉100g,奶油芝士70g,黄油50g,蛋清一个,白砂糖50g,泡打粉1g。
  • 2.首先呢,黄油跟芝士都需要从冰箱里拿出来进行室温下的软化。
  • 3.用取蛋器取出一个蛋清
  • 4.在软化的黄油内加入白砂糖,开始打发,打发到黄油状态变膨松,颜色稍微有点变浅的时候就可以加入已经软化的奶油芝士了。
  • 5.继续打发至膨松呈羽毛状。
  • 6.这时候就可以加入提前取出的鸡蛋清了
  • 7.继续打发搅拌,使之成为浓稠状态
  • 8.加入低筋面粉,泡打粉
  • 9.用刮刀进行翻拌
  • 10.翻拌至完全混合后用手揉成面团就可以了
  • 11.用手取下一小块面糊,轻轻揉成小球,放置于烤盘上。这边的原料用料大概可以做40个的样子。
  • 12.开始进烤箱啦,烤盘放中层,温度170℃,烤12分钟,至表面变金黄色,有奶香味飘出就可以关火了。
