Steps to make 韭菜馅饼

  • 1.猪肉馅加入适量葱姜末,放入老抽生抽蚝油搅拌均匀。
  • 2.鸡腿蘑切碎备用。也可以放入泡好的香菇碎。
  • 3.2个鸡蛋在油锅里摊好,然后弄碎备用。
  • 4.之前炼猪油剩下的猪油渣,这次派上用场了,剁碎了放在肉馅里,特别香。
  • 5.切好的韭菜和其实食材放在一起混合,然后加入适量的盐,最后放入少许麻油,再搅拌均匀。
  • 6.馅料准备好了。
  • 7.200克面粉,放入2克干酵母和135克温水,揉成面团后发酵1小时左右。然后分成均匀的小剂子,擀成薄面皮,包裹馅料。
  • 8.如图包包子一样弄好,为了薄皮大馅好吃,可以把包子上的揪揪去掉。
  • 9.用手按压成圆形。
  • 10.平底锅刷上一次均匀的色拉油,小火把馅饼煎至两面金黄即可。
  • 11.香喷喷的韭菜馅饼就做好啦。
