紫薯派
今天我称自己做的这款蛋糕为紫薯派,做的很成功。香甜的紫薯被软绵的蛋糕包裹,要比买的蛋黄派好吃的多。小蛋糕个个颜色漂亮,样子饱满。自己都忍不住夸呢。孩子也超级爱吃。

  • 玉米油30g
  • 牛奶54g
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 紫薯泥120g
  • 炼乳15g

Steps to make 紫薯派

  • 1.紫薯蒸熟趁热碾成泥,取120g。紫薯泥中加入炼乳拌匀。
  • 2.拌匀后的紫薯泥直接分开搓成小圆,每个11g左右。
  • 3.把鸡蛋的蛋清蛋黄分离。蛋黄打散加入牛奶、油、盐和20g糖。
  • 4.搅拌均匀后筛入面粉。
  • 5.再次搅拌匀。
  • 6.蛋白打至粗泡后加入几滴白醋和剩余的糖打到九分发
  • 7.取一半的蛋白霜放入蛋黄液中。
  • 8.不规则切拌拌匀。
  • 9.在倒回剩余的蛋白霜韩中。切拌拌匀。
  • 10.模具备好。我用的是12连蛋糕模具。每个孔中倒入三分之一高的蛋糊。
  • 11.做好的紫薯球放到小模具中间。
  • 12.在倒入蛋糊到九分满。
  • 13.入烤箱中层,160度,20分钟。
  • 14.紫薯派做法的步骤 烤好倒扣晾凉,用脱模刀帮助取出。
