桂花满枝头的秋季也正是吃藕的季节,每年我都会采摘一些桂花做糖桂花,浇在糯米藕上,炖的软烂的糯米、带有清香的莲藕和香味浓郁甜甜的糖桂花,让你的味蕾瞬间体会到多种感受哦。莲藕富含铁、钙等微量元素,有补益气血,增强人体免疫力的作用。经过炎热夏季的损耗,秋季就得进补,这个时候吃藕是很滋补的。

  • 冰糖150g
  • 红糖72g
  • 红枣5颗
  • 糖桂花10g

Steps to make 桂花糖藕

  • 1.糯米提前一晚浸泡好;
  • 2.莲藕去皮洗净,距离一端藕节2厘米处斜切开;
  • 3.将泡好的糯米洗净,用筷子帮忙塞进藕孔中,压实,切开的那个藕节中也塞进糯米;
  • 4.将藕节盖回原位,用牙签固定牢;
  • 5.锅内放入适量水,放入塞好糯米的莲藕、冰糖、红糖和红枣;
  • 6.接通电源后启动炒菜机,会自动预热,预热好后选择蒸炖功能,按控制面板上的加号加时至60分钟,启动程序,煮至糖水基本烧干即可;
  • 7.7.取出煮好的糯米藕,冷却到不烫手后切片,浇上糖桂花就可以食用啦;
