玉兔五彩丝

Steps to make 玉兔五彩丝

  • 1.鹌鹑蛋煮熟,剥去皮,用小刀在一个蛋身三分之一处斜切一刀但不能切断。
  • 2.再拿一个蛋挖去蛋黄剪成耳朵的形状。
  • 3.插入前面切好的蛋的切口处,把红椒切成细丁,点缀在小兔上当作眼睛。
  • 4.鸡脯肉洗净,切成6厘米左右的细丝,放入容器,加入盐,蛋清,淀粉搅拌均匀上浆备用。
  • 5.红椒,黄椒,香菇均切成细丝,绿豆牙去尾。
  • 6.炒锅倒入少许油,烧至4成热时,放入浆好的鸡丝,炒至七八成熟。
  • 7.炒好的鸡丝装起。
  • 8.再倒入.红椒,黄椒,香菇丝,绿豆牙一同炒,翻炒几下后倒入调好的芡汁,再翻炒几下,淋入明油后就可以盛盘了。
  • 9.准备几张大小一样的菜叶铺在盘子周围,(我用的是苋菜叶,用其他的叶子剪刀剪一下也可以)最后再把小兔放在叶子上即可。
