元宵节是中国的传统节日,早在2000多年前的西汉时期就有了。元宵,原意为“上元节的晚上”,因正月十五“上元节”主要活动是晚上的吃汤圆赏月,后来节日名称演化为“元宵节”。元宵之夜,大街小巷张灯结彩,人们赏灯,猜灯谜,吃元宵,将从除夕开始延续的庆祝活动推向又一个高潮,成为世代相沿的习俗。汤圆是中国传统小吃的代表之一,是由糯米粉等做的球形食品,一般有馅料,煮熟带汤吃,同时也是元宵节最具有特色的食物。历史十分悠久。据传,汤圆起源于宋朝。汤团象征合家团圆更美好,吃汤圆意味新的一年合家幸福、团团圆圆,所以正月十五元宵节必备美食。
从小就爱过年,爱吃妈妈亲手做的饺子和汤圆,现在生活好了,汤圆和饺子没有那么强的时令性了,想吃随时吃,尤其汤圆,不仅馅料丰富多彩,造型和颜色也越来越美啦,我用火龙果打汁混入糯米粉包成汤圆,果然好漂亮,好吃好看营养翻倍啦。
