香煎崇明糕
崇明糕是崇明特色糕点之一。有松糕和硬糕两种。选料讲究,配比合理,甜度适中,果肉适量,蒸煮皆可,清香松口,糯而不粘,是宝岛崇明的特色风味小吃。
    上周末回了趟婆婆家,带来几盒崇明糕送朋友,顺带自己也留了一盒,通常这种糕的吃法是蒸或者煮,同样的做法吃多了会腻烦,就按西式做法简单的煎一下,没想到非常好吃,外层煎的香脆有嚼劲,里层软糯不黏牙,香甜可口。特色小吃的别样做法,拿来和大家分享!

Steps to make 香煎崇明糕

  • 1.食材准备
  • 2.1、将崇明糕如图切成薄条状;
  • 3.2、热锅入少许橄榄油;
  • 4.3、放入切好才糕条,中小火煎制,注意糕条分开些,糕在加热变软时非常容易粘在一起;
  • 5.4、煎制两面金黄,糕体软糯后即可食用。
