玉米大骨鸡汤

2、能够补精填髓,对于肾虚所导致的腰膝酸软、腰腿疼,精血亏损所导致的视物模糊、四肢无力、须发早白的人,如果适当食用鸡汤有很好的补精填髓的功效。

Steps to make 玉米大骨鸡汤

  • 1.准备半只鸡、两个大骨、放入锅内加入适量水,放入三片姜两个葱段适量料酒焯水去腥。
  • 2.焯好水的鸡和大骨放入砂锅内,加入四片姜、两段葱,两个八角、四片香叶、六个红枣、12颗枸杞、盖上锅盖炖一个半小时。
  • 3.一个半小时后锅内加入适量盐,再放入事先准备好的玉米块。
  • 4.再炖半小时就可以出锅啦!
  • 5.再撒上一点葱花即可(不喜欢的可以不放)
