  • 1.准备好所有食材:如图。
  • 2.先将海带芽切碎。
  • 3.鸡杂切好焯水后洗净备用。
  • 4.切点葱花,姜末,蒜末。
  • 5.热锅放油,下姜末蒜末小火炒香。
  • 6.放入海带芽炒一会儿,(这一步挺重要的,汤色更香浓)。
  • 7.再放入黄豆芽炒一会儿,差不多炒断生就好。
  • 8.然后添加适量的水大火炖煮5分钟。
  • 9.再放入豆腐卜,焯水后的鸡杂煮两分钟。
  • 10.最后才放入鲍鱼煮两分钟,鲍鱼很易熟的烫一下下就好。
  • 11.调点盐。
  • 12.盛上康宁汤锅,洒上葱花完成了。
