Steps to make 自制小吃—猪肉脯

  • 1.准备猪后腿肉1500克。
  • 2.猪肉切成小丁,然后剁成肉馅,要剁的细一些。
  • 3.加入COOK100 黑椒腌料、适量的白糖,如果感觉肉馅较干,可加入适量的水。
  • 4.把调料拌匀,腌够24小时。
  • 5.适量添加味极鲜调味。
  • 6.加入适量香麻油。
  • 7.锡纸上涂抹适量的花生油。
  • 8.撒上一些白芝麻。
  • 9.拌好的肉馅铺到锡纸上。
  • 10.盖上保鲜膜,用擀面杖向四周慢慢擀平。
  • 11.把肉馅尽量赶擀的薄一些。
  • 12.擀好后,揭去保鲜膜,然后撒上白芝麻。
  • 13.烤箱:烘烤档位160℃预热5分钟,一面烘烤15分钟。
  • 14.上面烤好后取出来。
  • 15.把肉饼翻过来,再撒上适量的白芝麻。
  • 16.另一面在烘烤15分钟。
  • 17.烤好的猪肉脯凉了,用厨房多用剪刀剪成小块。
  • 18.所有的肉脯都烤好。
