  • 葱白2/3根
  • 香菜2根
  • 香辣花生少许
  • 米醋2勺
  • 生抽1勺
  • 少许

  • 1.准备材料:大葱斜切成片,香菜切段儿,姜切片。
  • 2.锅中倒入适量油,加热后,将花椒爆香后捞出不用。
  • 3.再放入姜片爆香。
  • 4.倒入羊肉片快炒约1分钟,羊肉片变白时会出少许汤汁,将汤汁倒掉。
  • 5.倒掉汤汁后的肉片中加入1勺米醋,加入1勺生抽,少许盐及糖翻炒几下。
  • 6.把葱片放入同炒。
  • 7.炒出葱香味时撒上香菜段,再加入余下的1勺米醋。
  • 8.快速翻炒几下倒入香辣花生。
  • 9.拌匀即可出锅。
