Steps to make 无锡排骨

  • 1.猪排骨切成长块,锅烧开水,入排骨烫一会,捞出,沥干水份。
  • 2.姜切片,蒜子切粒。
  • 3.取一个碗,加入生抽、老抽、白糖多些,番茄酱也加多些,再加入醋,盐,拌匀。
  • 4.锅里放油烧热,放入姜与蒜粒,把沥干水的排骨倒入锅里翻炒片刻。
  • 5.把调好的味的汁(步骤三)加入一些水,再放入八角三个,桂皮一块,倒入锅里翻炒。
  • 6.把炒好的排骨放入一盆中,隔水入压力锅里炖熟即可。出锅里把汁倒入锅里,再放入水淀粉勾芡即可食用了。
