酱烧茄子
今天这道“酱烧茄子”是我家最受欢迎的做法, 有个了这菜, 一般情况下都会多煮点米饭。这次我加入五花肉和黄豆酱来帮忙, 让肉汁的香味渗透到茄子里, 而香味浓郁的黄豆酱香融化到茄子中,滋味十足,味道更香。 虽然这酱烧茄子的味道可能与过油的茄子不同,可是同样的下饭好吃, 绝对是每吃必撑最下饭的家常菜,更重要的是油少没负担更健康。

  • 五花肉50克
  • 青辣椒1个
  • 黄豆酱1大勺
  • 4瓣
  • 冰糖1小块
  • 姜片2片
  • 生抽1勺
  • 料酒1勺

Steps to make 酱烧茄子

  • 1.准备好原材料;
  • 2.将切好的滚刀块茄子放入微波炉中打上两分钟;
  • 3.热锅凉油, 放入五花肉进去煸炒;
  • 4.煸炒出油脂且五花肉表面微微发黄的时候加入姜片和冰糖继续翻炒;
  • 5.再加入适量的料酒烹一下,继续翻炒;
  • 6.倒入黄豆酱继续煸炒;
  • 7.加入适量的水,加盖炖煮五分钟;
  • 8.放入微波打过的茄子, 继续炖煮一两分钟, 至茄子八分熟;
  • 9.大火收汁, 倒入青椒和适量的盐, 拌均匀后盛入小钵中, 表面撒上小葱末。
  • 10.端上桌了。
