Steps to make 手撕包菜

  • 1.圆白菜用手撕成小块,水洗净,沥干水分备用。
  • 2.想要手撕包菜好吃,把五花肉切成薄片干煸后是很好吃的。不过今天素食,所以我准备了一小勺猪油,做出来的味道也不错。
  • 3.干辣椒切成段,大蒜切片备用。
  • 4.炒锅烧热,放入猪油融化后,放入备用的圆白菜翻炒。只需要翻炒一小会儿,等圆白菜稍微软了,就立刻捞出。
  • 5.接着锅内放少许色拉油,放入花椒。
  • 6.煸炒出香味的时候,把花椒捞出,接着放入干辣椒和蒜瓣翻炒。
  • 7.接着放入圆白菜,加入备用的调味料。这里用的醋,以老陈醋最好,量少还味香。
  • 8.中火翻炒,等圆白菜都变软后,加入少许香油即可出锅。
