Steps to make 芸豆烧牛腩

  • 1.牛肉洗净切块,放入盆中,用凉水浸泡出血水,勤换水,直至无血水。
  • 2.腐竹泡发,洗净、切段;青红椒切段;姜切片,蒜拍破。
  • 3.芸豆、花生洗净,提前泡发。
  • 4.洗净的牛肉,放入高压锅内,加入八角、干红椒、盐等,加盖,上汽后,压制20分钟。
  • 5.压好的牛肉倒入炒锅,煮开。
  • 6.加入芸豆、花生;加入盐、胡椒,大火煮开,小火焖煮1小时。
  • 7.加入姜片,继续焖煮20分钟。
  • 8.加入腐竹,再煮至汤水略少。
  • 9.加入老抽,调好味。
  • 10.转中火,收汤汁;加入青红椒,断生即可。
