Steps to make 客家薄荷鸭

  • 1.生鸭洗净,锅烧一大勺油放鸭油煎。两面金黄出锅。
  • 2.生姜几片入油锅下大腕冷水煮开后放整鸭入锅水煮。十到十五分钟,汤变白,捞起鸭子放凉。烫盛出可做鸭血粉丝汤。
  • 3.洗净的薄荷待用
  • 4.薄荷大蒜湖南椒朝天椒切碎待用
  • 5.锅洗净入小半碗鸭汤,少许盐放碎料煮一分钟捞起,淋少许熟花生油即可。
  • 6.放凉的鸭子斩块,沾准备好的薄荷调料吃,没味无比。
  • 7.就是这么吃!!!
