寿司蛋糕卷
喜欢蛋糕卷,但又很排斥奶油,所以看到这个寿司蛋糕卷就很喜欢。清爽又不油腻的口感适合炎热的夏季。

Steps to make 寿司蛋糕卷

  • 1.准备原材料:低筋粉65克,鸡蛋3个,糖35克,牛奶43克,玉米油33克,盐一小捏,柠檬汁3~5滴。
  • 2.将牛奶和色拉油用手动打蛋器搅拌成糊状,表层看不到油珠,分离蛋清蛋黄,蛋黄直接放入搅拌好的牛奶糊里。
  • 3.把低筋粉用筛子过筛2遍,筛入搅拌均匀的蛋黄糊里。
  • 4.用搅拌刀像炒菜一样从底部翻上切拌均匀。这个步骤要注意千万不能画圆圈。
  • 5.打发蛋清直到抬起电动搅拌器能见到短三角形即可。
  • 6.用搅拌刀把三分之一的蛋清糊拌入蛋黄糊中,也是用切拌的手法搅拌至无颗粒状。再把混合好的面糊全部倒入蛋清糊中,切拌均匀。
  • 7.将混合好的面糊倒入铺好油纸的烤盘中摊平,端起烤盘震两下,放入预热好的烤箱,180度,25分钟。请根据自家烤箱调节火力。
  • 8.烤好的蛋糕卷胚子倒扣,撕去油纸。整理好边缘,在蛋糕上抹少许沙拉酱,把切好的黄瓜条和玉米香肠整齐摆好。
  • 9.用擀面杖垫在蛋糕胚子下,提起保鲜膜顺势慢慢卷起。卷好的蛋糕卷放冰箱冷藏半小时。
  • 10.在切好的紫菜片两端抹上少许沙拉酱,然后放在蛋糕卷上,依次排列,分切成小件即可。
  • 11.切好的寿司蛋糕卷。
