酿豆角
顺德人出了名的会吃鱼,各种各样的鱼能做出各种各样的吃法,而且顺德菜口味不重,这道菜脆爽鲜美,家常菜必备。

  • 生粉2克
  • 生抽5克
  • 蒜头2个

Steps to make 酿豆角

  • 1.鲮鱼滑买回来拌入小葱。
  • 2.盐、生粉、油、生抽各少许和鱼滑、葱花拌好入味。
  • 3.豆角买回来浸泡一会后去掉头尾。
  • 4.洗好的豆角放入锅里焯熟(倒点油加点盐会使豆角更嫩绿)
  • 5.焯熟的豆角打成结。
  • 6.围着圈圈绕成一个小花环。
  • 7.酿入拌好的鱼滑,酿的过程中用手稍微按压一下,使鱼肉都进入到豆角圈里。
  • 8.酿好的豆角放入平底锅里小火煎熟。
  • 9.煎熟后的酿豆角。
  • 10.蒜头拍扁,葱花切小段。
  • 11.锅里放油把蒜头煸香。
  • 12.倒入刚煎好的酿豆角,加点水盖上锅盖焖一下。
  • 13.小碗里加一勺生粉。
  • 14.用生粉勾芡。
  • 15.再加入一些生抽后倒入锅里翻炒一下。
  • 16.勾过芡的酿豆角。
  • 17.单独来个特写哈。
  • 18.摆盘上菜
