新的一年,天天开心-----小熊寿司
转眼间又是新的一年了,感叹一下又要老一岁了,抬头望着天空的时候,想想可爱的小熊,希望我们还能拥有孩子一样的快乐和纯真。

伤心,做出来的小熊寿司,结果小熊说不象,为了改变他的想法,照片拍好后又给他看了照片,结果还是说:“好象,真是不象熊,象个娃娃,嗯,太阳花娃娃,哈哈,非要说象也勉强说象。”

好吧,不象就不象吧,反正我做的是小熊。

    Steps to make 新的一年,天天开心-----小熊寿司

    • 1.煮好的米饭分成2份,趁热1份放入盐、白醋、白糖、芝麻油和白胡椒粉,拌匀。
    • 2.另1份放一些生抽和芝麻油,拌匀,我想颜色深些,加了点老抽。
    • 3.拿1张海苔,剪成3等份,取其中的2份。
    • 4.将酱油饭排成一个小长条,放在海苔的一边,卷起。卷两条,这是小熊的耳朵。
    • 5.再取1张海苔,剪成2等份,取其中1份,铺上酱油饭,再摆上1根细火腿肠,卷起。
    • 6.现在我们有2条细的海苔卷和1条稍粗的海苔卷。
    • 7.再取1张海苔,平铺上白的寿司饭,再将做好的3个卷放在中间,小的放下面,稍粗的放上面,卷起。
    • 8.切开,小熊的雏形出现。最后再用海苔煎出眼睛和鼻子,放在小熊的脸上即可。
