昨天菜市场看到有买荠菜的,鲜美肉肥。赶紧买了些回家。荠菜是“护眼冠军”,高钙高蛋白,冬天比白菜、韭菜更鲜。中午就吃荠菜肉馅饺子吧。

  • 大肉1斤
  • 面粉800g
  • 大葱1颗
  • 生姜1块
  • 生抽2勺
  • 老抽半勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 鸡精1勺
  • 花椒粉1勺
  • 五香粉1勺
  • 花生油2勺
  • 芝麻香油1勺
  • 葱姜水半碗
  • 大蒜6粒
  • 辣椒面2勺
  • 香菜2颗
  • 2勺

Steps to make 荠菜肉馅饺子

  • 1.先用温水将面和成不软不硬的面团,醒发。
  • 2.荠菜去掉根部,摘掉黄叶清洗干净。
  • 3.锅中烧水,水开加少许盐和油将荠菜放进去焯水2分钟。
  • 4.捞出过凉水挤干水分。
  • 5.用刀切成小段,大葱切葱花,生姜切成末。
  • 6.大肉洗干净切成块放绞肉机。
  • 7.搅成肉沫,准备好的葱姜水。
  • 8.里面加生抽,老抽,蚝油,鸡精,盐,芝麻香油,熟好的花生油,花椒粉和胡椒粉顺着一个方向搅拌均匀。
  • 9.葱姜水分三次倒进肉里搅拌均匀。
  • 10.最后将荠菜,葱花和姜末放进去朝着一个方向搅拌均匀。
  • 11.饺子馅就做好了。
  • 12.切一块面搓成长条切成丁。
  • 13.换成饺子皮。
  • 14.肉馅放上面。
  • 15.捏成饺子。
  • 16.全部捏好的饺子。
  • 17.水开里面加少许盐下饺子,中间水开加两次水,饺子全部飘起来就熟了。
  • 18.爱吃酸汤的可以做酸汤水饺。
  • 19.皮薄肉多,一口一个,真过瘾。
  • 20.也可以吃干的。
  • 21.蘸上蒜汁吃更过瘾。
