    Steps to make 清炖夹心狮子头

    • 1.将前上肉去皮剁成肉馅,切葱花,姜末,再加入1个鸡蛋后放入肉馅中
    • 2.加盐、白糖、胡椒粉、酱油、麻油,鸡精搅打上劲成内馅。
    • 3.瑶柱温水泡发.各式材料洗净备用.
    • 4.将鸡蛋煮熟去壳
    • 5.取一团肉馅摊平在手中,将鸡蛋放入
    • 6.象包包子那样把它包成一个狮子头.
    • 7.以次类推,将剩余的鸡蛋也包好
    • 8.锅里放水,下入瑶柱和姜片烧开
    • 9.水开后中小火煮10分钟后汤色变浓后下入狮子头继续烧
    • 10.待狮子头变白色后放入香菇,豆腐泡下锅煮开后中小火炖30分钟
    • 11.将空心菜放入
    • 12.搅拌一下,放适量盐即可关火
