红油凉拌扁豆丝

  • 蒜末少许
  • 黑白熟芝麻少许

  • 鸡粉2克
  • 香油2克

Steps to make 红油凉拌扁豆丝

  • 1.大宽扁豆、盐、鸡粉、红油、蒜末、香油、黑白熟芝麻。
  • 2.把扁豆下入锅中煮熟捞出过凉,过凉后控净水份切丝。
  • 3.把切好的扁豆丝放入碗中,里面放少许盐。
  • 4.撒入鸡粉,再滴几滴香油。
  • 5.放入适量蒜蓉。
  • 6.最后放两茶匙红油拌匀。
  • 7.拌匀后码盘,上面撒上熟芝麻稍加点缀便可上桌享用。
